God And Government - Part III: Abortion

The timeliness of this article is crucial. God is not pleased with the United States of America for its destruction of unborn children. As a nation, the United States has been given significant gospel light when compared to most countries of the world. The United States is therefore deemed by God as more responsible for its moral actions than other nations that also practice abortion, but have less gospel light.
Our Founding Fathers recognized the sanctity of human life and made that the cornerstone of our Declaration of Independence: “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness…”
In the United States of America, everyone is supposed to have a right to life. The question became, When does life begin? The Supreme Court legalized abortion in the 1973 Roe v. Wade decision. Their decision had much to do with the privacy of a woman to choose what she wants to do with her body, including choosing the life or death of an unborn baby. Since 1973, it is estimated that nearly 60 million unborn babies have been slaughtered in the American abortion holocaust. Worldmeters organization estimated in 2018 that 41.9 million abortions were performed worldwide. By contrast, 8.2 million people died from cancer in 2018, 5 million from smoking, and 1.7 million died of HIV/AIDS. Globally, just under a quarter of all pregnancies (23 percent) were ended by abortion in 2018, and for every 33 live births, 10 infants were aborted.
In the Scriptures we gain a wonderful understanding of how God ordained us to be formed in the womb:-
“For thou hast possessed my reins: thou hast covered me in my mother's womb. I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvellous are thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well. My substance was not hid from thee, when I was made in secret, and curiously wrought in the lowest parts of the earth. Thine eyes did see my substance, yet being unperfect; and in thy book all my members were written, which in continuance were fashioned, when as yet there was none of them” (Ps. 139:13-16).
- Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations” (Jer. 1:5).
- “Did not he that made me in the womb make him? and did not one fashion us in the womb?” (Job 31:15).
The natural affection of a woman is for her child: “Can a woman forget her sucking child, that she should not have compassion on the son of her womb?” (Isa. 49:15).
It comes to reason for us to explore what happened to the natural inclination of a woman to desire a child and also preserve its life. Speaking of the Antichrist, Daniel 11:37 says, “Neither shall he regard the God of his fathers, nor the desire of women, nor regard any god: for he shall magnify himself above all.”
How can something so unnatural become championed by those who claim to seek equality for all people? How can we disregard the desire, and command of God, to go and replenish the earth? What if abortion is the means to accomplish a wider goal of those that desire to control the population of the world with their objective to one day “breed” a master race?
History Revealed
It is widely known that Nazi leader Adolph Hitler sought to make the Aryan race (Germanic blond-haired, blue-eyed people) his master race. His long-term goal was not only to subdue the world but also populate it with his particular selection of desirable people. The elimination of the Jew was foremost the spear and objective of his evil and demonic ambition. He made every effort to frame laws to accomplish this. He trained his followers to embrace his vision of a utopian society that would be cleansed and purged of any peoples that would inhibit the evolution of his objective to make a master race.
The German people were seen as the most intelligent people in the world. At that time, Germany was home to some of the most sophisticated universities in the world. It was recognized for its advancements in engineering and philosophy. Germany is seen by Protestant religious scholars as the foundation and genesis of the Great Reformation, as Martin Luther stood up to the corruption in the Roman Catholic Church. From Germany, God saw fit to change the world! The German people were some of the first to come out of the Dark Ages as the German people were given the translation of the Bible in their own common language. The creation of the printing press made it possible for the printing and spreading of the Word of God, from Wittenberg, Germany.
One must ask, with so much light and privilege given by God to any people, how could they become so deceived into following a demon-possessed madman? My dad once made the obvious observation that, “Germans cheered a man that did not fit the blond-haired, blue-eyed description of what he claimed was the outward appearance of his formidable master race.”
The Reformation German people that lit the world with hope and religious liberty later championed the rise of one who resembled the Antichrist more than any other despot in modern history.
To answer these questions, we must understand that deception does not discriminate. The measure of deception that affects a person, or a nation, is the result of how one deals with the truth—Jesus Christ. I believe Satan worked throughout many generations to poison Germany with philosophy and false doctrines as punishment and as an attack against the host nation of the Reformation. Did Satan sprinkle seeds of weeds to stifle the hope of God’s Word to go forth throughout Europe, and the world? We must take into consideration his evil tactics. Many died during the Reformation for their testimony. Many were persecuted for their newfound faith. The superstition that plagued most of Europe, with its feudal system, began to sense the spiritual liberty of justification by faith. Many had to choose death in this world for eternal life with God rather than eternal damnation or life in this world.
Today
In the United States of America today, we have a coordinated effort by the left to take liberty to such an extreme that it champions the killing of unborn babies. In 2017, America voted in a Democrat House majority with a few very liberal congresswomen. Since the 2017 election, America has witnessed media stations giving these political jesters much airtime to boast of their socialist prerogatives, at the expense of all hardworking people.
Liberal leaders are using the debate of abortion and women’s rights to gain followers while also trying to field such an extreme liberal perspective that when conservatives compromise, the bar will move further left than ever before.
Next month, I will go into the history of the eugenics and the abortion movement. We’ll look at how it was funded by wealthy business philanthropists, supported by political leaders, and promoted by the heads of some of our most prestigious learning institutions. We’ll address why abortion is the symptom of a much bigger agenda that Satan has to destroy mankind.
